BC® is a trauma-informed modality that works directly with the subconscious to remove the triggers or emotional charge that we experience from old traumas stored in the body and mind. It works in all areas of our lives with any belief, issue and/or emotion.

1 Session ~ $120

Health & Life Coaching

Health and life coaching sessions are completely tailored to your health, life or business goal. We work during sessions to set up systems, plans, goals, resources and measurable results from each session.

1 Hour Session ~ $89

Meditate at the beach

Custom BC® or Coaching Packages

With a Custom Package you can tailor your healing and transformational journey. We create a custom program with a series of sessions and can even mix BC® and Coaching sessions to get the perfect package for what you need for your best results.
